The Amana brand smart thermostat features a user-friendly capacitive touchscreen user interface and is compatible with the new Amana brand Home app for end user control from anywhere on their smart device, as well as voice control compatibility with Just Ask Alexa and Google Assistant. There is also an Open API that allows the Amana brand smart thermostat to be integrated into a complete home automation system, such as Crestron or Control4. A single configurable auxiliary output on this thermostat allows control of an external humidifier, dehumidifier, or auxiliary heat, which can be programmed as the primary or secondary heat source.
